The expectations were very vague, and the outlet has since changed hands. Also, they tried to pay us through debit cards that were laden with hidden fees

Love the management team, chefs, and coworkers, cant speak highly enough of them. I have a great work life balance and feel like the kitchen is stocked well.

The space i work in was badly designed and installed. About a third of the equipment doesn't work, stopped working, never worked which is unacceptable for a new place. Also the very limited fridge and freezer space in comparison to the amount of food produced per day is laughable, if it wasn't so frustrating to deal with on a daily basis.
