You get to know these people and they are some of the best. You’ll want to go the extra mile for all of them. They have great values and the team can really come together for the good of the resident

Management, payroll, scheduling, etc. they swear communication is the best thing there but they don’t tell you a lot of stuff. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR PAYCHECK. Ask them the questions and get everything recorded either through text or however they communicate virtually.
