In the modern world - as an IT professional, there is no reason why WFH or flexible options are available. This means this company is BEHIND on the side of technology. I’ve been in some of the most tightly regulated industries and still was able to work from home. Nikki, the recruiter, could not define a “flexible” schedule and stated the CTO was the blame.
