      - Huge breadth of exposure to work in new areas and work with executives.

      - Need to focus on hiring experienced leadership. Lack of management in the company is visible and work-force have had to be very autonomous as there is little guidance or acknowledgement offered.

We're working on supporting our management with a dedicated guild and Management and Leadership Development Manager providing plenty of relevant training modules and other support. All new managers that are being hired are tested rigorously for their management and leadership skills with competency scorecards and we're constantly improving this process with appropriate feedback.       - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
