The management is doing terrible in managing people and the entire operations. So many people trying to be involved in making a change for them to look good into the higher management but the ideas are all terrible and not very realistic/attainable. The person is a liar and likes to portray a fake persona that they are a good person but in reality they are not. She likes to take advantage of everyone and everything.
