      Big Projects, good organisation, great people, very qualified employees. A lot of sponsored sports clubs, gym, sports classes and running sponsorships. Cocktails several times a year to meet and talk to colleagues

      Thank you for taking the time to review your time with Richemont. Nice hearing that you enjoy working with us and above all with your colleagues. We are working on more transparent career options however a clear path is not our goal since our colleagues are so diverse and their career choices and possibilities should reflect this diversity as well. Please talk to your HR openly about your ambitions and we are sure to find a way together

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
