We strive to encourage collaboration between colleagues through our team based bonus system and a range of social activities, and we pride ourselves on having a diverse workforce made up of staff from a range of professional and social backgrounds. Retaining staff is a high priority for us – in fact the average tenure of our senior management team is 13 years. We aim to do this through clear career progression and through initiatives such as our international mobility programme - in the past five years we’ve had over 150 staff move abroad with the Group.
