We’re sorry to hear that you were not happy with your experience working at Robert Walters. We are committed to providing a supportive atmosphere and effective training so it is disappointing to hear that this wasn’t your experience.
We strive to encourage collaboration between colleagues through our team based bonus system and a range of social activities, and we pride ourselves on having a diverse workforce made up of staff from a range of professional and social backgrounds.
Retaining staff is a high priority for us – in fact the average tenure of our senior management team is 13 years. We aim to do this through clear career progression and through initiatives such as our international mobility programme - in the past five years we’ve had over 150 staff move abroad with the Group. We believe that through offering our people these opportunities, we demonstrate that their hard work, innovation and enthusiasm is appreciated and valued.
