4yHello and thank you for your review of working with Resource Solutions, although I’m hugely disappointed with everything you’ve said.
It’s been a challenging 18 months, and we have not always got everything right during the pandemic, but we have striven wherever possible to keep our people connected, engaged and supported. During that time our teams have earned fantastic client feedback and being named as finalists in multiple industry awards.
We have so many ways for employees to engage directly with our senior leadership and to use their voice, both to raise concerns and to propose solutions. Our most recent employee engagement survey generated overwhelmingly positive feedback. We also have our EMEA Employee Engagement Group; ‘Virtual Visits’ with individual teams and our CEO; a wellness committee; and various other opportunities to engage with our global leadership team.
Your feedback is disappointing but I do appreciate your honesty. However, I encourage you to come forward, engage in constructive discussion in any of our many forums, and be part of the solution. We are all part of RS and are all responsible for helping to make our business a great place to work.
