Values and environment make for a great place to work.

There isn't enough time in the day!

Most coworkers and some leadership are extremely nice to work with. Shop environment is pretty fluid considering the rate of flow. Hours are standard compared to other shops. Pay incentive when exceeding standard flat rate hours. Assigned bays, no moving your toolbox all day.

Base pay/Pay scale was not able provide more incentive than the experience gained. Some leadership cliques made it difficult to resolve work related issues. Plans for career training were inconsistent.
