      It was a very laid-back environment to work in. Fun, mostly everyone got along. Easy.

      Some of the employees tended to slack off due to the laid-back environment. They would goof off and get lazy.

      Family oriented. Fast Paced. Most of your hours are spent skating on the ice. Work with kids of all skill levels 4 - 16. Year-round with a few week breaks. Private lessons can earn you an extra $20-$70 for every 30 minutes. (Depending on experience and what you agree with on the parents)

      Svantaggi

      Unorganized office, equipment room, and supply locker room. No real career growth. No custodial presence. Staff very young. (or pro) no management present in the evenings.
