Was once the envy of the moulding Industry. Beautiful product that has steadily declined. Some of the best , stellar staff that leave quickly for other opportunities.

Sadly Roma has taken a huge downturn. What were once beautiful profiles have been replaced with out of stock discontinued and poor new representations of existing moulding. They once had the best customer service that has piece by piece been dissected by management and leadership that run them aground. What they're holding onto right now is a first-rate sales team that will quickly fall and unless huge changes are made a corporate level. The CEO promotes happiness and well-being which is just smoke and mirrors for its misery and unhappiness that actually is prevalent inside Roma. If you look at the company turnover that tells a huge picture. For a place that was supposed to have such a great culture people flee so quickly.
