The company's outdated policies, compensation, communication, and tech hinder long-term growth, especially for younger professionals. Finally, a discrepancy was noted with my job title, as I was initially offered "Senior Sales Coordinator" but later listed as "Sales Coordinator" in company records and for employment verification. Small detail but odd.
