The Team at Rosemount are young and lively. There were some fantastic characters that you wouldn't find at larger companies. Exposure to a wide range of clients from different backgrounds builds experience quickly. Able to change your role should you be better suited to a different role in the business. The Bupa Cash Plan is a useful perk, they also put on quarterly parties which were great fun.

Remuneration is for the most part below the market average. Notice periods are very long, generally between three to six months depending on the role. Workloads are poorly managed with little support from superiors. No ability to work from home (even during covid) / no overtime / no flexible hours. Only SSP when taking time off work. Minimum holiday allowance (20 days + Bank Holidays). Minimum pension contributions (3% / 5% but they do go off full salary). Restrictive covenants, post termination restrictions and training agreements are very onerous. There is a high rate of staff turnover which harms the team's chemistry.
