Svantaggi
Where do I begin? The onboarding process provides little to no training for the skills that actually matter in this job. It’s a cliquey environment with zero morale or job comfortability. It’s a prison. Upper management will whisper to others right in front of you, and you are never given actual feedback unless it comes with an attitude mixed with corporate jargon. The pay is insulting, and you aren’t even given any extra compensation for the weekend shows that we attend for the company. You only get your money back for whatever you spent—and you won’t see that reimbursement for at least a month. Meanwhile, you’re working a 10–12 hour day on your feet and taking time out of your weekend to travel. This company is shady. Their business model is prehistoric, and it shows. They provide terrible customer service to clients because they are understaffed and undertrained. They do not set clear rules or expectations, which sets employees up for failure. There is no growth in this company. The higher-ups make all the money while you are left with scraps. For example, you’re given performance-based “incentives” instead of an actual living wage. Some people there are genuinely nice people—too bad it’s drowned out by all the washed-up boomers with power-hungry egos.
