I started at SAL management as a marketer and the owners took a chance on me as an Administrator shortly afterwards. They teach, coach and mentor helping anyone meet their goals. The culture they place before all Assisted Livings they manage is unbeatable among the industry. They promote relationships and security in the professional world. SAL management is the best at recognizing the need for a high standard of care and they not only recognize but they require the same passion to ensure the seniors are cared for with the utmost dignity. The well being of the Senior population is the forefront of all business opportunities. As an Administrator I have NEVER been told no to a want, need or goal to move the Community in the best direction to serve our population. They operate from a personal side where all the owners have worked in the same capacity as well as being a CNA, Cook and Activities Director. I knew in my first interview that this would be the last company I work for. Their philosophy is employee and resident driven. They don’t just do the work they love the work.
