      Just taking care of residents, only benefit, trust me!

      SAL owners are absolute idiots. Example: they had one of their top marketers leave for a better paying job as a marketer elsewhere. SAL then managed that facility down the road and out of spite they immediately fired him for leaving! These guys go absolute haywire over a few hrs of overtime. They would much rather have no CNA coverage at all than run a couple hrs of OT, no lie.
