9yThank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your experience at SAM was not positive. We strive to make SAM a great place to work for employees by offering competitive pay, good benefits, and fun monthly events. Most importantly, we promote an open door policy that encourages employees to discuss any issues with their managers or anyone in management that they feel comfortable with. We do not condone the inappropriate behaviors described in this review and would have taken the necessary steps to ensure that our managers lead by our Company’s values and core beliefs which focus on three simple things: take care of our people, provide quality products, and exceptional services to our clients.
As with all companies, SAM sometimes has to make difficult decisions. One of the most difficult decisions to make involves a separation of a team member. I assure you that these decisions are not made lightly, as we understand the implications that they may have for those employees that are affected.
