pay is good new manager in plant I definitely capable

ohh all the knowledge employees quiting, trained but no pride in work. no time for pms, blame game. management 3rd rotation I year, alot of temp managers. some great some okay, people that were promoted that have no business managing. things like gimba, 5 why's and true progress to improvement are talked about but erarely put into practice. sometimes feels like a company(this plant) is on death rattle.
