Great camaraderie amongst some of the technicians.

Racism is common. Asian employess are favored over the American born employees. All equally as miserable. Standards are constantly breaking. Management has no system of training, They like to put people in boxes and let them work. Mandatory overtime cause they dont know how to manage the work flow.

We’re very surprised at these comments because SIMCO has an absolute commitment and priority to treat every employee with respect and fairness, and any racism or bias is absolutely not tolerated. We wish you would have brought your feelings to management’s attention while you were here because your concerns would have definitely been handled quickly and fairly.

Local Management actually listens to their team asks for ideas for improvement.

Executive staff expects loyalty from employees but does not reciprocate. Lays off long time employees (over20 years) to save money instead of doing the right thing and cutting their salaries and company cars to save money. Expects long hours, complains about use of overtime.
