Great work environment and close knit team, with lots of intellectually curious and fun people. Everyone is willing to lend a hand during busy periods and hang out for beer after work.

Svantaggi

Even with compensation time, the salary is remarkably low. The work is more similar to consulting, but because the company is a market research agency, it justifies much lower salaries for demanding work. Also lack of opportunities within the company.

Lots of overhead from those above you, work can be very busy at times and then not busy at all.
