Management and Senior staff are great at listening to feedback and making positive changes to the business if requested. SMI is a Brethren company which makes it unique to any other company I’ve worked at before. Being a Brethren company is no problem and makes no difference on working day to day. However they are some of the kindest, most generous people you will ever meet/work with.

The only thing I can think of is sometimes there isn’t enough desks if a lot of staff are in for power week. Although this is to be expected with a fast growing business and I’m sure it will be remedied soon.
