Great work environment with knowledgeable and supportive leadership/senior engineers in the mechanical engineering department. The firm puts emphasis on continuous learning and will provide those opportunities for career growth.

Annual raises weren't anything to write home about. Employees seem to either stay for 2-3 years (and move on for a pay bump) or 10+ years.

*Design and programming is limited to a handful of people *Slow to none vertical mobility *It is hard to find actual mentorship. Senior staff are too busy to mentor. *Salary increase is selective and slow
