The people you work with day to day - everyone is so supportive of each other. The work is interesting and enjoyable. Various teams work well together and the expertise across the company is brilliant.

Svantaggi

Leadership don't deal with situations well and come across as lacking empathy and sensitivity. People are left feeling very unvalued. The culture was a huge draw for a lot of employees, but that culture has shifted with the recent change in leadership.

Nice office in a good location. Some decent people worked there for a little while.

Poor culture. It's a challenge to see who can get in the earliest and stay the latest. They regularly make redundancies, but it's always the wrong people, of course. There's a conveyor belt of young talent brought in and paid a pittance until they burn out, while the senior management and directors have all been there for years and years, are paid a fortune, and (wouldn't you know it) do nothing except drink coffee and swan about from meeting to meeting. One director had been there for so long that they didn't want to pay her redundancy (either that or she knew too much!), so they just kept moving her from team to team because she was too toxic to stay put for too long. And when junior members of staff complained about her, they were the ones punished or 'managed out'.
