The people make this business, the culture the teams have with eachother is amazing. People stay for the culture created by individuals. Great flexibility and holidays.

Since the change in leadership there has been a negative culture shift which is shame. People are overworked and undervalued.

Nice office in a good location. Some decent people worked there for a little while.

Poor culture. It's a challenge to see who can get in the earliest and stay the latest. They regularly make redundancies, but it's always the wrong people, of course. There's a conveyor belt of young talent brought in and paid a pittance until they burn out, while the senior management and directors have all been there for years and years, are paid a fortune, and (wouldn't you know it) do nothing except drink coffee and swan about from meeting to meeting. One director had been there for so long that they didn't want to pay her redundancy (either that or she knew too much!), so they just kept moving her from team to team because she was too toxic to stay put for too long. And when junior members of staff complained about her, they were the ones punished or 'managed out'.
