This company is a great opportunity to grow your Salesforce knowledge as a consultant since we get different projects that challenge the team in different ways. If you like to constantly learn instead of doing repetitive work, this is a great company to do so. The team is very collaborative and you will be working with some amazing people from who you can probably learn a lot. Since we don't have more than 50 employees, the work once does, has significant impact for customers which is very satisfying professionally.

The organizational chart of the company is relatively flat, so higher titles as you grow in the company are not applicable as traditionally as other tech companies

Caring, supportive and genuine people that create a very warm culture; amazing work/life balance; ability to create your own path and work from just about wherever you'd like; practically no bureaucracy; strong pay and benefits... I could go on but, in summary, this is a wonderful place to work with amazing people.

I don't consider this a con but some may so I'll put it out there - If you're not comfortable in a pseudo startup environment, this might not be the best fit. The company is constantly growing and evolving (aka changing) which, for some, is uncomfortable but, for others, is an exciting thing to have the ability to influence/be a part of.
