Company not out of Business - Recensione dipendente - Production Manager presso SPORTS ADDIX

Under new ownership and recently new management. New owner has tripled the business. The work environment lately has greatly improved with new management. There were some people that recently left that made the work place not easy to work in. Some of our female employees stated there was some disturbing things that went on at Addix with previous male co workers. They have expressed that they are very relieved that certain people no longer work here. Between the bro mentality and not having anyone else to report things to, these things definitely caused an uncomfortable work environment. I don't foresee any issues with the current management and staff moving forward thankfully! The new owner and new management have a 0 tolerance policy for anything that causes hostility in the workplace environment. It's really cool to have people here now who actually care about doing a good job!

Currently short staffed but so is everyone in this country right now. But if you like making extra money with overtime it's definitely not a CON for you!

I suggest you not work here
