      Good pay and great schedule.

      Unless you are one of the corporate favorites the stuff you need to get done won't be able to. And the stuff that isn't important will be deemed a priority and pushed. Additionally, the values we preach sound good; they really don't mean anything.

      The smaller operation gave you an opportunity to get to know everybody which helped generate good ideas and kept information flowing.

      If you are lazy, all you have to do is show up on time and you aren't likely to be disciplined/fired.

      Just about everything. Morale sucks. HR sucks. Many people aren't doing anything other than collecting a pay check. NOBODY GAF.
