I don't seen any pros in this company. Some colleagues are nice.

CFO cum HRM wanted to involve in everything. Low efficiency. Double standard. No improvement could be done due to cost control even the improvement only cost 1 cent. Bad working attitude and culture.

As long as you do your work, your superior won’t care much about you.

No career advancement. You need to involved to do yearly inventory stock take that could take up at least 2-3days. Need to build your relationship with the senior management especially finance department to excel well.
