Low commission scheme. Long working hours. Sometimes can be from 9am to 10pm. Passive aggressive management. Tells you its a sales job but end up all they want you to do is recruit new members. Feels like a big MLM.

Role boundaries can sometimes be blurred, with specialized roles and core project resources occasionally directed toward non-core operational or repetitive administrative tasks, which isn't an efficient use of specialized talent. Communication and structural alignment from upper management could be more organized to prevent resource wastage and maintain a faster, more focused product development cycle.
