Remote work has become more acceptable, but only since the pandemic, and only in pockets of the company. (Some managers still don't allow it, even for jobs that can work from home)

Leadership can't get out of it's own way, and fails to effectively share important information with the bulk of employees. Way too much focus on process over impact. Constant budget and resource issues to the point where many individuals are doing the work of two. Pay is very low and inconsistent, no chance for bonus for most employys. HR has clearly been instructed to create career development opportunities but those take time and fall on top of a crazy workload.Same for diversity exercises. Some managers watch the clock for salaried employees which doesn't make sense. All this and leadership seems confused why turnover is very high. Other sports teams don't have these issues.
