Too much bureaucracy Too much junk emails A lot of undocumented or poorly documented features that developed in-house Some people at management suck at what they do, they don't know how to organize a workflow for the employees Confluence is messy An old outlook that was release in dinosaur era You a given only windows option as a OS (for java backed developers) If you hit a bug that you are not responsible for, you probably need to: 0) somehow find a person how is responsible (the most difficult part) 1) write a email to the person 2) call him or her 3) ask your boss/product owner to do the same 4) repeat steps 1 and 2 tommorow If you want to feel valuable and efficient worker, that is not a place for you
