Professional experience is like a year for three, gained a lot of knowledge and skills in various fields working with this company. Sberbank let's yoube flexible - if there's too much work in your department - do something about it, can't get you more people so hire contract workers, yeah - it's harder working this way - then look in some other field o grow. Sberbank has it's own book library based on business books that Herman Greff chose himself - they're pretty good. I've grown through 4 job titles and think that isn't my limit. You get a 100% medical package (for employers 1 year +)

Work-life balance sometimes is not as good. My girl was waiting for me in her car for 2 hours, just because an important task from Moscow arrived, Many of your duties touch other departments and they're sometimes not so responsive taking your time away. New tasks arrive every day, sometimes every hour and you need to somehow integrate them to your schedule, which is allready full.... so yeah - frequent overtimes are normal. Large and professionally developed events earn you bonuses. Leadership is a must inthis company, if you want to grow professionally. If you're new - expect no support, you'll have to find out everything on your own and be proactive.
