Very physical if you have any back or knee issues don't take this job. They added so much counting of items your not able to move fast, yet expect you to complete the store quickly. They don't give you any feedback on how well your doing(no performance reviews). They except you to complete extra tasks on the same day you complete the main weekly tasks even if the main task takes 7 hours to do so they don't have to pay extra travel time. The automatic travel time they give with google maps gives you is not the same as your actual drive time. Keep an eye on the "bonus" pay they use to get you to pick up extra stores. You earn sick time but can't use it. Don't expect any raises either, worked over six years before they increased my pay.

This position allows some freedom with your time and schedule, just as long as all regular weekly assignments, and special assignments are completed in full and on time.

Svantaggi

Being a Field Service Representative requires a Lot of physical activity for long periods of time. Not suggested if you have back issues, or have problems standing or lifting heavy items. Some items to be scanned will be on the top shelf, shoved way in the back that require extra effort to ensure proper data gets collected.
