3 founders who seem at constant odds with each other and display an adolescent arrogance which creates an awful internal atmosphere. They fire their way out of every problem with more than a dozen people in under a year being let go as the company flails from one go to market strategy to the next giving none the time to develop or succeed. They play "musical sales teams" every year as a result replacing the last batch with a new doomed sales team because the problem is at the top. Product is cool to look at, but lacks critical precision and features needed for most practical uses which is why it rarely gets passed pilot stage anywhere. Medical benefits were the worst I've ever had. Couldn't even cover the rest of my family which cost us an additional $10k /year out of pocket.

There are definitely a lot of nice and smart employees here and a decent work life balance can be achieved if you set the correct boundaries upfront.

This place is worthy of zero stars and sets you up to fail as soon as you walk in the door. It is by far and away the worst company I have worked for and I have quite a bit of experience in the tech industry at both large and small companies. The "leadership" team has no clue that almost all of them needed to step aside a long time ago and will literally berate each other on internal calls with multiple employees listening, and even worse, on external calls with customers listening. They talk about each other behind their backs in both group and 1:1 situations - it's embarrassing and immature to say the least. They consistently repeat old patterns that didn't work before and show a total lack of common sense - both with employee decision making as well as customer focused priorities and decision making. They don't pay nearly as well as competitors and will back track on financial agreements and commitments to their employees with no remorse or promise to make things whole in the future. I heard of it happening at least 3 times within one year (all three separate employees, not the same person). Plus their health insurance is an absolute joke for families and costs a small fortune. Lastly, their lack of commitment to improving the product is insane - it's about whose ego can win instead of important/necessary improvements. Unless you are absolutely desperate for a job, I would highly recommend steering clear of this organization.
