      Interesting work and nice colleagues.

      The company is poorly managed causing financial problems. As a result people are not replaced or laid off and the remaining staff receives the additional work. Of course, a salary increase for that is not on the table. So the best you can have is keeping your job but jeopardizing your health. In other words, career growth is zero. There is no stable leadership, the top management are either bean counters from the business (which does not necessary mean that are good leaders) or have no clue what they are doing.

      I compagni di squadra sono simpatici e si divertono a lavorare con loro. Ma il tasso di rotazione è alto.

      Vecchia tecnologia e l'obiettivo principale per il team interno di mantenere i sistemi attivi e funzionanti. Cose nuove ed eccitanti sono fatte da società di outsourcing. Durante la mia permanenza lì ho ottenuto zero sviluppo personale e tecnico. La mia esperienza riguardava solo gli sviluppatori.
