SEP used to be a great place to work, as described in other reviews. My first 1.5 years at the company were great. You'll have great colleagues who are genuinely supportive and work hard.

Recent leadership changes have had a huge impact on culture. Many longtime employees left in the past year. - health benefits were cut leaving high out-of-pocket costs and bare bones coverage - bonus structure was changed making previously attainable targets out of reach - remote work was eliminated If you’re considering a job here – document everything to ensure HR honours the terms of your employment (i.e. comp packages, benefits, time off, etc) - Campaign Manager jobs are being outsourced to India which has created a ton of challenges - Extreme cost-cutting measures i.e. cutting essential tools needed to do your job (i.e. SEMrush), no cost of living raises, no salary growth - No room for advancement beyond the Campaign Manager role unless you switch positions entirely (e.g., moving into Account Management). - it's a very small company so there's minimal training or support —when someone quits or is fired, everyone else must absorb their workload - In my 3 years at SEP, I repeatedly asked HR to clarify the salary bands, hoping to understand my potential for growth. Looking back, it’s clear why they never provided that information: there is no room for salary growth. - A tedious time tracking system - Benefits described during recruitment do not match what is actually provided. Honestly, if you're considering a position here, my advice would be to look elsewhere. It has become a high-stress, low reward workplace, thanks largely to a deeply broken HR function
