frequent interruptions and some times priorities shift quickly

Good employer, always assisted if I had any queries, was a contractor so didn't get the staff benefits although I believe they were good.

As a contractor I didn't receive very much training and wasn't accountable to anyone in relation to performance based pay, so nobody could rate me.
