- Lack of experience managing employees, i was not given any time to even settle before being asked to do more jobs than initially discussed in the interview process. - I’m not sure what my job was at some points, I was asked to handle inbound leads, generate leads from lists; LinkedIn, alibaba, and monitor instagram and facebook inboxes - I enjoyed the work but I didn’t enjoy how management placed random tasked on you and this would happen on a weekly basis, they would consistently test new things and you’re expected to be “proactive” but with little to no training provided, except loom videos. - if your manager is Menno, just run. It’s hard to have a conversation with someone who cannot communicate effectively.

NO BEST REASON TO TO PROMOTE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE EVEN PROJECT MANAGER ARE DOING THIS SIDE HUSSLE HOW THEY CAN FOCUS TO THEIR RESPONSIBILTY IF EVEN THEM PRACTICING THIS SIDE HUSSLE.
