The management is horrible, they have nasty unprofessional attitudes and they sit around gossiping. The managers nitpick and criticize everything you do. So never expect to receive positive feedback. None of the managers should have their positions because they don't know what it means to be an effective manager. The pay is ridiculously low and the breaks are pitiful. The managers do show favoritism, they will yell at you and pick on you if you don't stand up for yourself. Even if you do stand up for yourself nothing gets done because HR is uninvolved and doesn't really care. The managers don't communicate with the staff unless there is something wrong.
