      They were a people oriented, fun place to work in a growing and competitive company.

      Svantaggi

      Money. That became the focus as they geared towards selling the company and they started losing good people. Sad, lots of good people still stuck there. Taking away incentives for the sake of cost saving pretty much sums up the current attitude.

      The facility is really cool and the work there is interesting. The people are skilled and friendly to work with. Compensation and benefits are as good as it gets in the area.

      Good: played back, work was easy, and co workers were fine and great

      High turnover. Poor communication being tossed in areas/ departments you either are not qualified for due to high turn over.
