Svantaggi
Low wages. No communication, and a frustrating double standard. You are punished for lack of notice in things, but they can edit, change, extend, or add shifts with less than 6 hours' notice. Then they punish you for not working them. Part-time workers forced to work full-time, or they threaten you. Lack of safety and basic human needs (water, food, etc.) Abusive, homophobic, ableist supervisors who purposely drive away employees who aren't like them. They round your clock in/out times to the nearest 15 minutes that gives YOU less money. Clocking out at 6:05? They pay you to 6:00. They don't tell you this until after they steal money from you. Bare minimum breaks by legal standards, and if you're over 18, you can take a break as soon as your shift starts, then go 10 hour days with no more breaks. This is abuse, no matter how short staffed you are. Irresponsible with minors and frantically pushing the child labor laws to their absolute limit.
