Tough clientele to work with

Dedicated Supervisors with good management skills/behavior analytic know-how. Sound support for BCBA-I looking for hours Friendly staff / low drama environment Good/Great RBT supervision (Well over 5% minimum) Coverage for costs related to RBT renewal/testing Supervisors are almost always open to answering questions Supervisors/scheduling try to work with RBTs burning out on cases and move them to new ones Flexible Scheduling for time off Higher than average pay (especially for staff in the most severe cases) A mix of school, home, and clinic-based clients Paid crisis management training

Admin has cut back on CEU events. Lack of floaters to prevent supervisors from having to attend cases instead of doing BID during times when callouts are high. Most cases deal with severe behavior/high-skill deficit clients, which leads to burnout and higher turnover. Summer leads to a reduction in billing hours for all staff, RBTs have no internal career advancement structure after two years within the company unless they join a BCBA master's program. (pay still increases, though).
