The company wanted to ensure affordability to all patients: the company was more focused on the patient instead of corporate greed. That has since changed as they hire more people and adapt more policies from a large competitor.

Central team is very reactive when you are not on pace to make goal. They put more focus on ChatGBT inspirational messages and GIFs in that chat than helping consultants achieve their goals. The only time I felt valued while working for this company was when I was collecting money. Their insurance plans (company benefits) are unaffordable and they do not match 401k. There is also no room for growth - they hire management and central team members from a large competitor versus hiring from within. If you like complacency, this is for you.
