For the previous 5 years I'd always had a raise, mid year raise and more than 100% bonus. Yet the last year's was docked due to "poor performance" but then can't give specifics on the apparent poor performance.

Any length of time there, you will get pulled in to be put on a PIP for no valid reason. This has happened plenty of times with high performers throughout the company because they have been there for a length of time. Absolutely no work life balance because the fast pace of the business requires extra hours to get stuff done. Every role needs at least 2 people to do it properly. No appropriate coaching, guidance Everything last minute and chaos. Stressful.
