They won’t hire you back if you need to leave for a family emergency. I believe if you leave on good terms and really helped the company grow they should allow you to re apply should you move back to the area.

Shea is truly a great place to work. The company is filled with genuinely good people who care about what they do and the people they work with. I started as a leasing agent and have been able to work my way up to a manager with consistent support and mentorship from upper management. You really do get out what you put in here. The properties are an easy sell because they’re well-built and well-managed, which makes the job even more rewarding.

Sick days are not separate from PTO.
