It's great that you describe the training and support as 'brilliant' and fantastic to hear that you feel like 'for once the staff come first' - that's exactly what we aim for! We're really proud of our talented people and it's their dedication that fuels our success. That dedication and support also makes a huge difference day to day in the office - we've even noticed the little things like people waiting to hold doors for others and the many offers throughout the day to make drinks for the team. It's also heartening to see the support shining through for our charity events. You might have seen that we recently had people from across the business take part in the Ride London 100 and I'm sure you'll soon get to enjoy one of our bake sales for the NSPCC (baking is another area where we have a lot of talent and we're proud of that too)!
