The client list is exceptional and the firm has a great reputation. The job and systems take a littel learning but once competent its a great time.

Deadlines sometimes that require longer hours and ocacconal evening or even weekend work.

None. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. This company should not be in business.

- Multiple 3+ hour meetings per week - Micro managing - Unpaid commissions - Decelerators to slow down your earnings - They offer you 401k match then take it away - Hostile work environment - Recruiters fighting with each other and management does nothing - High turnover (10+ hires / fires in 6 months) - Extremely odd vibes in the office at times - Once you've made a couple placements, they'll fire you and keep your commissions, keep your unpaid PTO, and will not fully pay your wages. - If you are interviewing there, keep an eye out for an empty office
