Truly a place which gives you the tools to do your best work. Huge focus on learning (reading, audible, meditation etc). CEO & Co-founders some of the most humble, intelligent and caring people you could work with. Management trusts employees and gives them a lot of responsibility. Significant focus on health and well-being too with plenty of fun exercise events / endurance events completed together. Company is growing quickly, and is likely to become one of the biggest success stories globally. Couldn't recommend working here enough.

When I worked there, it was starting up so the salary was lower than other roles I applied for. This was, however, a sacrifice on my behalf to work in a startup. Now a growing business, I hear they’ve been able addressed this as a growing business.
