Svantaggi
If you are a rookie developer/tester, this can be a good place to start for a limited time and for a limited salary. If you are a product owner or a project manager, this might not be the place you see from the outside. Management is all over the place and pretty much unprofessional. Decisions are made by the CEO or the deputy CEO without consulting with product owners or project managers and without knowing the consequences, often leading to chaos in multiple projects. They lack the knowledge (soft and hard skills too) to lead people, to motivate them and they are just looking at you as a resource, but not as a human being and dangle a carrot in front of a horse to keep you in all the time. They are going to use you until you are tired and burnt out due to the tremendous (unpaid) overtime and always asking the client(s) for more time, money and apologizing frequently for the bad code quality and the number of (not so minor) bugs (due to the lack of time, resource, technical planning and senior developers/code reviewers). Despite all the hard work you put into managing client(s), badly planned, scheduled and estimated projects, they are going to toss you out in the minute you try to propose changes in the way of work or ask for any addition device/money wise. If you have a free will, or a need for a friendly and professional atmosphere, or you have career plans, this might not be the best place for you.
