the HR function and management practices raised serious concerns. The HR team appeared to lack sufficient understanding of local UK employment standards and GDPR requirements. There were instances where staff salary information and personal data were discussed openly, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Concerns raised around data protection and confidentiality were not adequately addressed. Overtime arrangements required employees to sign additional agreements, and employees were discouraged from seeking external advice or raising concerns through bodies such as ACAS. This created an environment where staff did not feel safe or supported to speak up.

Year end bonus despite business is bad.

Unpleasant working atmosphere, cannot find worse HR and management. Very bad communication between management and staff. HR never show support to staff, but worse is extremely rude and arrogant attitude, and always not at office. Policies and workflows are messy and inconsistent. Management never listen to staff genuinely but pretend democratic. Unrealistic time schedule to work, expect staff to work overtime and reply messages after working hours or during weekend or holiday. Unfair treatment to different ranks / teams staff. No follow up action even staff complained and lack of transparency. No consideration for staff career path.

- Salaries are deliberately set up to 70% below market value, with minimal benefits. - Management philosophy is absurd: effort is viewed as incompetence. - Treated like outsourced labor by a foreign parent company; all policies dictated remotely without regard for local circumstances. - Work-from-home flexibility revoked arbitrarily, with flimsy excuses used to deny requests. - Constant pressure to work overtime without compensation; 24/7 availability treated as an expectation. - Development environment runs on the cheapest possible tools (free IDEs, outdated software). - Software Development Life Cycle is chaotic: unrealistic deadlines, ignored best practices, and a codebase that is effectively unsalvageable. - Project managers provide no leadership beyond collecting minimal requirements—management has essentially given up on managing.
